Our mission here is to enhance the lives of our students and to build confidence, self respect, character, integrity and humility in an honest respectful environment

As owners of the Club, we would like to personally welcome you to our facility. The above mission statement comes from our heart and we truly believe in what we do here and what we stand for. We are excited that you have chosen to travel this truly amazing path with us. Unlike most sports, Martial Arts conditions the whole person, mind and body, to produce a truly well balanced individual, ready to face the challenges of every day life.

We truly hope that our club will change yours and your family's life as it has for many people before you.

The Harmony MArtial Arts Center is a member of the International Karate Association (IKA) of Canada, headed by Kancho (Director) Takemasa Okuyama, 9th Dan. Kancho Okuyama established his first school in Toronto in 1971. The IKA Canada is recognized by the NKA as a black belt-granting organization. The IKA worldwide, established in 1953 in Japan, is led by President and Soke (founder) Takayuki Kubota, 10th Dan, who lives and teaches in Glendale, California.
