Benefits of karate

Our Practices
Our classes focus on traditional Karate practices, with some sport karate in the mix. They start with a light warm-up, followed by some technique and Kata (patterns of techniques) drills, The advanced students practice kumite (sparring). Our students are taught to control their technique and do not strike other students.
