We Train WTf
There are two main styles of Taekwondo; ITF and WTF. Both these styles still derived from the same origin in traditional Korean Martial Arts. Although the two styles are very similar, the focus of WTF is for sport and the focus for ITF is for self defence. The Taekwondo style used in the Olympics is WTF.
