Karate isn't just about fighting. We train traditional ShotoKan karate, which targets technique, balance and (most importantly) discipline. While heavily training endurance and strength.

An after school program that gives kids the freedom they want and the discipline they need. Uniform, Karate Classes, Homework Help, Daily Snacks and much more included!

Focus on speed, technique and cardio to become the best version of yourself. Expect to break a sweat or two, because our Taekwondo classes are a good workout for all ages!

Put on your boxing gloves and step into the ring. Be prepared for a productive workout that focuses on close combat and effective fighting tactics!
